I’ve been staying at this hotel for a few days each year before heading into Indonesia and also on the way back, and I always recommend it. It’s located near several walkable large shopping centers. The hotel is tidy and has a luxurious feel, rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast is good if you like Indonesian food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The price is good for what you get. You don’t have to go to the pool.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel room with a balcony was quite narrow. The rooms aren’t very large, but they’re workable. Breakfast wasn’t very fresh and had little variety.

I arrived on the same day to pick up my room and relax, but I was shocked when the AC in room 517 was on and the air was extremely hot. I reported it to reception and waited for them to either swap rooms or fix the unit, but they offered no solution, and the price is high for such a bad room. The room and AC in 517 are terrible, and the cost is steep for the stay.

The breakfast was extensive and the staff were super friendly, yet the hotel sits on a very busy road with cramped pedestrian paths.
