Remote access was simple and parking outside. The location was very convenient. Good browse around the antiques areas. Evening meal at The Hawk was excellent. Stairs were narrow but not too steep.

Breakfast was good. The fruit wasn’t fresh—dried up oranges. The staff were friendly enough. The cedar room was too small, the bed was spongy. We mentioned it to the owner. We stayed three nights; one day the room wasn’t prepared. We reported it again and received an apology. Everything is tired. We were disappointed after reading the reviews; the location was okay.

The staff were excellent. The bedding was spotless. . The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Superb menu something for everyone. We would stay again. The state of the shower room. Definitely in need of some TLC and the rotten wood removed. The heaters are rusty. Really I suppose the whole place needed some TLC

Location lovely, comfortable bed. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, the shower was very efficient. and the breakfast was delicious. Cracked tea cup, the room could have been bigger. However, one of the best b/b we have stayed at
