“Best stay in Dunedin”
Absolutely everything was fantastic. Everything a hotel room would have, plus everything a real home would have, and all was spotless and beautifully cared for. Quiet, comfortable; my new go to place in Dunedin!. Leaving so soon!

The location was superb—just a 5‑minute walk, though the hill was a bit steep 😄—from the city center, the train station, and a supermarket.
The hosts were fabulous and the spot was great, but I wish I’d stayed longer.
The place was spotless, warm, dry, and cozy, with a few breakfast options. The room had tea, coffee, and a fridge, and towels were provided.
