The hotel’s location is great—walking to everywhere is quick, and there are several nice small restaurants right next door.

It was nice to be close to the night market and the hanok village, but the building had no parking space, so we had to park on the road.

The night manager was very helpful, going out of his way to secure tickets to Seoul and connect us to WiFi, yet the place was marketed as a hotel room with breakfast but offered only biscuits by the parking area, no tables, no coffee or instant coffee, no bread but jam, and a hotel that promises breakfast must provide it; we paid over $200 a night while the same room a week later cost $50, the shower water was barely hot, there was no room service beyond towels and water, trash bins were overflowing, we were told to put toilet paper in the bin and it stayed full, the beds weren’t even straightened, no extra toilet paper, and aside from a few hours there was no staff on site; the photo shows the biscuit offered for breakfast, and after many years and being on Genius status this was the most disappointing stay.
