The accommodation is located outside the village intravillage, next to a forest and directly on the road leading to Sucevita. It’s a new house with two apartments; the room is comfortable with a terrace seating area, the bathroom and toilet are right next to the room, and the kitchen is a big plus, allowing you to cook and providing a large dining table, also outside. Everything is clean and nicely prepared. Parking is right at the house. Two small pejsi (pigs) were at the house, apparently wandering, friendly and grateful for every bite. It’s a good spot for trips to the monasteries Sucevita, Putna or Moldovita. The biggest trouble was finding the accommodation; no apps showed it. It’s easy though—on the way from Vatra Modovitei toward Sucevita, the village Ciumárna appears; at the end of the village the forest begins and after about 700 m the accommodation is on the left, directly on the road. It was hot, and if the owners want to heat water for washing, they have to heat it, which also heats all the radiators… so they had to close them and ventilate. These were just minor imperfections in an otherwise pleasant stay.
