The staff were very cooperative and professional; overall it was a pleasant stay and I recommend it.

The only thing worth mentioning is the proximity to downtown, but everything else was disappointing—from the staff and cleanliness to the terrible washrooms. The rooms and sheets smelled bad, and the bathroom was awful, making it a truly terrible experience.

There should be more variety at breakfast; for all three days I ate the same anda pratha. The washroom needs improvement.
