Holiday Inn Club Vacations Galveston Beach Resort

Things are great and I’ll return, but the beach front could use improvement: the weeds along the pathway to the beach need cutting, and everyone complained about mosquitoes and bugs—my baby was bitten five times. The weeds should be trimmed away from the beach area.

“Comfortable and clean”

I loved the comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location, and clean rooms, but the hallway had a bad smell, the room felt very dated, and the fold‑out couch wouldn’t open.

“Ashely was very helpful to me. She made sure that I was very comfortable and I really enjoyed her looking after me.”

The space was great, but my room wasn’t clean; the coffee machine had water inside, the fridge was dirty, and the countertop was also dirty.

“We had a wonderful time and are looking to stay here again.”

I appreciated that the resort offered plenty of activities without leaving the property, and the view was spectacular.

“Just ok”

The location was great and the rooms were very comfortable, but the check‑in took too long and I wasn’t warned that I’d be forced to attend a timeshare presentation.
