“We had a wonderful stay, with a beautiful and spacious room, and we will definitely return.”

The property was stunning, and I loved that my room came with a kitchen—perfect for our family’s food allergies because we can cook without worrying about cross‑contamination. The fitness center was the best I’ve seen in any hotel so far. The only downside was that the pool shut down at 10 pm.

“Nice and clean, but will not stay again.”

Most of the staff were friendly, but one housekeeping lady was not. The hotel itself was very clean, the room was spacious, and I appreciated the walk‑in shower and the sink in the private bathroom. I didn’t like that dogs were allowed; there was one in the neighboring room that barked a lot. People ran and talked loudly right outside our room both nights. I complained to the front desk, and the lady who answered said they were on it, but the running and loud talking started again about an hour later. Pets and children should be assigned to a specific section on the first floor so the upper floors can stay quiet for guests who want peace. The TV faced the bed and could only be slightly turned toward the sofa, making it uncomfortable to watch TV while relaxing. I also disliked the studio‑style layout where the kitchen, bed, and sitting area all shared the same space. The room‑number directions were wrong, forcing us to walk a long way to reach our room, and the elevators were only in one spot. The next day, when I returned to the room, I mistakenly thought I had gone the wrong way off the elevator, only to find that the “wrong” way was actually closer; the signs had directed us the long route. Finally, the only hot breakfast options were an omelet and hot cereal, which I didn’t enjoy.
