The rooms were great, but the food left a lot to be desired.

The staff seemed uninterested in serving, and the bathroom shower couldn't be adjusted for hot or cold water.

The staff were very accommodating with an early check‑in and a same‑day late check‑out, and the place was clean and comfortable for a night’s rest.

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were super friendly and helpful. We even got an upgrade to a nicer room, which was a nice surprise. The location is also fantastic, and the amenities are top-notch. However, the food and room service were a bit of a letdown.
