The overall offering was comprehensive, with great staff, food, and hotel facilities. However, the room and bathroom décor felt dated.

“נחמד מאד, מצויין למי שמחפש להתנתק”

ריזורט מאד יפה, צוות הקבלה נחמד וקשוב, חדר ל 4 מרווח ונח. נקי ונעים. הייתה בעיה באחד החדרים עם המזגן ולאחר שניסו לתקן וזה לא עזר החליפו לנו חדר. צוות ארוחת הבוקר לא היה הכי נחמד , פחות אהבנו שצריך לבקש כל פעם שתיה חמה במקום לקחת לבד.המקום מבודד קצת

Nothing positive to mention. The breakfast was poor and low quality; the bathroom had little maintenance, the shower and its doors were broken.

“Great stopover in the beautiful hills.”

We loved the pool, the view, the gym, and the reception staff. The breakfast staff were very rude and there weren’t many options. The second parking lot was a bit inconveniently far from the hotel.

I'm a regular at VEA, I keep coming back because I feel at home there, and that's the best thing to say. The staff is friendly and very willing to solve any little issue, the rooms are clean and spacious, the value for money is exceptional, and especially on these scorching hot days, you don't feel suffocating heat.
