The 5‑star Grand hotel is very clean inside, but the room service is not good and the room itself is not good, very dirty. The room has a camera installed that does not work. They do not work in the 5‑star Grand. I don’t like it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness, despite some minor issues that detracted from the overall experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations.

My recent stay at this hotel was a breath of fresh air, offering a serene atmosphere that was a welcome respite from the constant hum of traffic on the nearby highway. The hotel's ample parking facilities made it easy for me to park my vehicle, and I was thoroughly impressed by the spacious and immaculately clean rooms that exceeded my expectations in every way.

My stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional rooms that offered ample space for relaxation. The staff's kindness and helpfulness made a significant difference in my overall experience, as they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, including arranging for late-night food options that were much appreciated.
