I found the place spotless and tidy, and it was quite comfortable, though the bathroom was outside the room, which was a minor issue since it was an exclusive bathroom.

“Great location, No Breakfast, Comfortable and Clean”

The spot was great—quiet, out of the way, yet only a 15‑minute walk to anywhere we wanted, and the tram was just two blocks away. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice bedding and towels. The neighborhood felt safe, and we discovered a lovely coffee and breakfast spot not far off. Access was straightforward and we felt at ease. However, as an Airbnb, there was no breakfast. It was scorching, so we needed cold water or ice, which we couldn't get. The common areas were clean but only offered a dining table and chairs. The shower was tiny, making it hard for my husband to use, and there was no shampoo or conditioner, nor space to store toiletries. It seemed more European than US standards, which was a bit tough. We did have a mini‑fridge, but larger water bottles didn't fit, and we needed water constantly due to the extreme heat.
