Great location on Marinas Street, the balcony view is wonderful, everything else is fine, especially the price‑quality ratio. The shower was broken, the staff couldn’t fix it, and we were given a slightly better room for free. The big bed turned out to be two beds side by side, but those are minor things.

We got a nice upgrade and enjoyed a great city view, though we had to climb a lot of stairs. The terrace was shabby, the shower was broken and splashed, and it wasn’t clean.

The staff, Furkan Bey and Tuana Hanım, were very helpful. The rooms were nice and the terrace offered a lovely view of Mardin. The hotel’s location was great, right on the street. However, the building was quite high up, making it hard to move luggage. The parking was far away and finding a spot was difficult. The TV didn’t work, and the room lacked a kettle or iron. In the bathroom there was a problem with water drainage.

I couldn’t stay at the facility because the rooms had been sold to someone else. I had already paid, yet I was directed to another hotel in a very rude manner. I couldn’t stay.
