The staff were kind, and the rooms had good space. The showers were old, the air‑conditioning made noise, the bird enclosure next door was noisy, and the hotel was far from everything (especially the restaurant). Strange noises in the room at night were also an issue.

“Spacious and Well Cared for Neighborhood Hotel”

This neighborhood hotel has a lot to offer in several ways. It isn’t in a tourist spot, so I expected guests to have a specific purpose rather than sightseeing or visiting downtown, which is far away. The upside is a roomy space that separates sleeping, living, dining, and working areas within one room. Big glass walls and doors let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen area includes a sink, a few dishes and silverware, a microwave, and a water heater for hot drinks. A door gap blocker was installed and works wonderfully to keep the room cool after a long day with the A/C off. The staff were courteous and thoughtful. The grounds were clean, and it looks like a fresh coat of paint was applied within the past year. A bird farm across the street means bird noises are mostly heard during the day, which didn’t bother me. The downside was that the A/C thermostat didn’t seem to work; even when set to 24 or 25 °C, the temperature kept dropping, making the room very cold at night.

I've grown accustomed to staying at this hotel whenever I need a break from traveling, and it's become a familiar haven for me. The staff is always friendly, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, which can be a drawback for some guests. Overall, it's a solid choice for those seeking a quiet retreat.
