Samesun Ocean Beach Hotel & Hostel

“a good hostel if no smoking smell exists”

Someone returned in the middle of the night and smoked marijuana, leaving an extremely strong smell that caused a headache and nausea; the loud coughing made it hard for others to sleep, and the bed is not sturdy and keeps shaking.

“Localização boa.”

The staff were attentive, and when I arrived the room had a problem with the bed, but they moved me to another room quickly. No other complaints.

“One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. I’ve stayed in over 50.”

The location near the beach is great, the staff are helpful, there are several areas to hang out, beach supplies are available, it’s close to the bus stop, and the décor is colorful, yet the downstairs rooms next to the common areas stay noisy late into the night and there is no freezer.

“I will be thinking about this place for a very long time.”

The overall vibe was exceptional, the location was perfect and the people were very friendly, but the wifi was unreliable.

The location is very close to the bus station with many restaurants and shops nearby, and the breakfast is very basic, but the hostel smells like marijuana everywhere, people seem to live here long term, I felt ashamed as a woman because the mess the ladies left in my room was crazy and disgusting, and the lockers are very small, only for valuables, not for a backpack or suitcase.
