“Katastrophe!”

Nothing pleased us; the pictures were misleading and the reception on site was frightening. There was no staff at the front desk; a man who could have been anyone but was not an employee was rude and scary for my family. He had no idea and couldn’t answer questions because his English was broken. We were promised by email that someone would be there, but we stood at the door and had to wait until a man who didn’t belong came by.

The location was perfect. The furniture was old and needed replacing, and there were obvious signs that the building required repairs.

The coffee from the reception’s coffee machine was good. In the room, there was only a contact point.

Close to the beach, but the water was cold. Mold on the upper floors, housekeeping didn’t show up until the fourth day, they took a pack of cigarettes each day for service, the walls were so thin you could hear every flush, the shower was a mess, doors wouldn’t lock, the fridge was on its last legs, and the wardrobe drawers wouldn’t open.
