“Very disappointing stay. The room provided was not the room I booked, and I am still waiting for my refund. Strong cigar”

I didn’t like much about the property, but the location was convenient. I paid for a room that wasn’t provided and I’m still waiting for a MYR 60.35 refund. I booked and paid in full for two rooms through a Standard Triple Room (RM65.12) with one large double bed and one single bed, and a Deluxe Double Room (RM60.35) with one large double bed. When I arrived, the hotel could not supply the rooms I had booked. I was told only rooms with two single beds were available. The receptionist also told me to request a refund for the Deluxe Double Room, but I still haven’t received the RM60.35. I hope the hotel investigates this and returns the money for the room not provided. The corridor near reception also has a strong, unpleasant cigarette smell.

The hotel's location was a definite highlight, offering a great spot for exploring. However, my stay was somewhat marred by the poor soundproofing, which allowed me to hear conversations from the adjacent room, making it quite disrupting.

The friendly staff were a redeeming feature of my stay, making a positive impression. Unfortunately, the room was in a sorry state, with damage, dirt, and a particularly disturbing issue with the bed having bloodstains, not to mention a strong unpleasant odor throughout.

“Disgusting”

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this hotel, to the point where I'd advise against visiting. The issues I encountered were pervasive and overshadowed any potential positives. Overall, my stay was marred by numerous problems.
