Breakfast was amazing, the room was super comfortable with all the tech, the staff were perfect and communication in English was easy, the gym and laundry were very usable, and the concierges were polite and helpful! The only downside is it’s not that close to the city center, but the metro is nearby, and there are no nearby restaurants.

The property was nice and clean, and there was nothing wrong with its proximity to the metro station.

The room was very modern, but it’s far from Tianhe’s center. Some guests were smoking even though it’s a no‑smoking area, which I couldn’t compare to international hotels, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.
