The housekeeping team was excellent, making my bed and replacing towels daily, and the room stayed spotless. However, the property feels old and worn; the décor is unattractive with stained furniture and sheets, and the kitchen utensils and pans show heavy wear.

The staff were welcoming and offered an alternative room that better matched our needs, and the location is convenient for walking to good restaurants and shopping. The suite is spacious, simple, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—providing the best sleep of our two‑week trip.

The hotel sits in a superb spot for everything I needed, just minutes from the places I visited and ate. It could have been a bit cleaner, but it was not intolerable.
