“Ne pas y aller”
Do not book the standard rooms—there are no windows. The large glass wall faces the hallway of the common area, which is full of people passing by and the lights stay on all the time. We really didn’t like it; the photos are misleading. After our shower, a horrible pipe smell filled the room. They moved us to another room, but it was the same. The walls are very thin, so we can hear people in adjacent rooms (coughing, flushing, etc.). The rooms are right next to an Italian restaurant that has a pool, so it’s not directly part of the hotel. Moreover, we had a flight cancelled the day before at the last minute, so we couldn’t get to the hotel even though we had booked four days. They insisted that no refund was possible, and they were unreachable (they hung up on the phone, etc.). We had to buy another last‑minute flight so we wouldn’t lose the money for this hotel. On site we received no recommendations; I asked for a contact to rent a scooter (they had more), and for possible excursions, but never got a reply via WhatsApp after asking every morning. Later we discovered that other, much better‑located 4‑star hotels were at the same price or even cheaper.
