The communication with Mr. owner was great; he explained the basics of staying in Berlin and gave solid tips on what to see nearby. The apartment was adequately equipped and had everything needed for a short stay. However, our unit was on the ground floor, so we could see straight onto the sidewalk, which was a bit unpleasant, although the windows had external blinds that somewhat softened the street view.

The accommodation was clean and very quiet, and public transport was close by.

David was very attentive, but the parking was actually on the street, which was free and caused no issues.

It’s easy to reach, inexpensive, and accessible via a key box, but the furnishings are simple and clean.
