I was excited about the horseback riding, but the overall experience left me disappointed.

The Glamping Pods were truly unique and the food and service tents were fantastic, making it a special place. However, after we arrived we found a gigantic spider in our bathroom at head height. We’re used to outdoor and camping life, but that was a shock—a really large spider with a thick black abdomen and long hairy legs. We told one of the staff, who couldn’t find it, showed me the photo, and said it was really big and they hadn’t seen one in seven years. We sat frozen on our beds, unsure what to do. When I heard a rustle, I reflexively pulled my pillow away and there it was, on the bed behind the pillow! It was disgusting and shocking. We informed another staff member, who called for backup because he didn’t want to catch it himself. The second man took over, captured the spider, and released it. The shock lingered. I went back to the bathroom and another spider was on a towel at body height. It was too much for us. Was there a nest? Is this a family? Who wants a giant spider in their bed and can still sleep? We had just come from the outback in the interior and had slept in a cabin on a meadow. We’re not delicate, but the next morning we decided to leave. We asked for another tent, but that wasn’t possible. They offered to make up the next night on another day, but that didn’t solve the problem. I would have liked different handling and maybe a partial refund, or a complimentary drink, or… The place remains magically beautiful and extraordinary, and we were able to sleep in another hotel and process the shock.

The infrastructure was very comfortable, and the interior design of the common areas with their various artistic themes added value. Breakfast was pleasantly good. The outdoor lighting spoke to the surroundings and the art. The fridge in the room didn’t work, the curtain system and shower screen weren’t practical, the orange juice was lacking, it would be good to have decaf coffee, and the sliding door and bathroom wall needed better hygiene.

“BIG EXPERIENCE, A BANG IN YOUR ROUTINE : )”

Everyone was incredibly kind, and I’ll come back and already recommend them. It’s also ideal for work events. We were lucky to enjoy a series of beautiful activities that help you disconnect and reconnect with other things. Divine place, splendid ambiance. Beautiful and recommendable. The menu was also very tasty! The only downside is that you have to leave in the end! haha
