The location is phenomenal. The owner is kind and went out of his way to accommodate us regarding check‑in time, and the price is okay. When I entered the apartment I noticed that we had stayed in the same apartment 3 years ago. Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed by the apartment’s condition, especially the cleanliness. The bathroom had an extremely unpleasant smell—probably from the drainage—that only improved after several hours of ventilation. The shower cabin was not clean enough, and the faucet in the shower was loose against the wall at every movement because it was only “glued.” The bedding was clean, but everything else that was touched remained dusty (in the kitchen and sticky), and there was one weak bulb in the bathroom, which overall gave a not‑so‑good impression.
