“Misleading Website Photos Led to Disappointment”
I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The pictures on the website were completely misleading, and the actual resort was a far cry from what I expected. When I arrived, I was let down by the location, atmosphere, and staff, and I ultimately decided to check into a different hotel. I think hotels have a responsibility to be transparent with their clients and update their photos regularly to avoid similar disappointments.
“Location Can't Make Up for Subpar Conditions”
The location of this hotel was a definite plus, but that's where the positives ended for me. The room was a disaster - it was dirty, the bed and blankets had an unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning was noisy and didn't even have a remote control. To make matters worse, the TV wasn't working, the sofa was filthy, and the bathroom was clogged, with a toilet seat that didn't function properly and a balcony covered in pigeon droppings.
