“Not a good nights sleep”

The place is well situated, but I was jolted awake by a fire alarm in the morning that turned out to be a false alarm. There was no air unit in my room, so it got hot and stuffy at night, and a strange mechanical pumping sound kept me awake all night. I even left a sign on the handle before the specified time, yet the room wasn’t cleaned.

“A great break”

The staff were welcoming, the rooms were lovely, and the location is central.

I’m disabled and needed a walk‑in shower, but those were only offered in single rooms, which was a problem.

“Nice place, disappointing room.”

The staff were friendly and the location and restaurant/bar areas were good, but the room was small with a tiny window. I was told I was in the old part, and after comparing with friends in the new part, it was clear I got the short straw. I also realized I paid more for a single room than they charged for a nicer double.
