The location and the space were great, and both the host and the cleaning person were very friendly and attentive. The air conditioner had to be repaired during our stay, which was a bit of a hassle.

Everything was incredibly clean and tidy; we had everything we needed for our time in Sorrento, and both Vera and the housekeeper kindly let us check in early, which we really appreciated. Vera was very communicative and a lovely host. The street outside was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep.
