The location was nice and the room was comfortable. However, the breakfast inclusion was confusing; I thought it was included when I booked, the first employee confirmed it, but in the morning I was told it wasn’t.

I found the rooms spotless, brand‑new, and the beds were very comfortable, plus the location was spot on. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t available because of the holiday, and the front desk told me that at check‑in; the next morning I saw a free breakfast room in the Hilton‑affiliated building right next to our elevator and wondered why we weren’t offered that as an alternative.

“We would stay there again”

I was thoroughly impressed with our stay at this hotel, particularly with its fantastic location that made it easy to get around. Our king room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the staff's prompt response to our request for an extra blanket was a nice touch. We opted for a room that came with breakfast, and the made-to-order breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Our server, Carter, was an absolute delight and made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

“Lovely place wish we’d been able to stay longer”

The coffee was great, we didn’t have time for breakfast, and the shower was good—though a hand shower attachment would have been nice. I loved all the pillows and there were plenty of towels. It was only one night, but the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well, leaving a yucky residue because it was so slow; we only noticed after returning late from an event and didn’t report it until the next morning. I wonder why the cleaning staff didn’t notice the issue when they cleaned the sink.

“Clean, modern, and nice outdoor patio.”

We loved the outdoor patio, the place was very clean and the design feels modern. The bathroom door was too small to open fully, which made it a bit awkward.
