Paradise Beach Lodge, Mal País, offers beachfront access, sea views, a sun terrace and infinity pool amid a lush garden. Rooms have air‑conditioning, private bathrooms, balconies; family and ground‑floor units add hot tubs, outdoor fireplaces, yoga classes. Check‑in, concierge, Wi‑Fi, parking, tour desk, bike hire, and a 4‑minute walk to Carmen Beach (13 km from Cobano Airport) complete the experience.

I skipped breakfast but the coffee was a highlight. The room felt a bit cramped; a bit more space would have made it better.

The place itself is nice, but the power outage that lasted all day was a real inconvenience.

This little stylish hotel in the rainforest by a gorgeous sandy beach near Santa Teresa feels like a manor—modern, chic, with spacious rooms and a great box‑spring bed. The covered wooden terrace by the beach has loungers and yoga mats. The only gripe: not enough hooks for towels and wet items.
