Everything was wonderful! The deluxe room was fantastic, the staff were pleasant, and the beach was amazing! Three days before check‑out, someone stole $200 from my bag (I had packed it for a tour). I filed a report, but nothing was resolved and I received no response.

The bars and the main buffet restaurant had great staff, but the Italian restaurant left me disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the hostess and server were rude and made us feel unwelcome; the food was fine, yet the poor service ruined the overall experience. Management should fix this because good food deserves good hospitality.

Everything was spotless, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and there were always activities to do. I absolutely loved it and will definitely return.
