Accessible rooms available. Ziegelstein underground station 300 m away provides 10‑minute rides to Central Station and 30‑minute rides to the Messe. The spot was close enough to a certain club, which was a plus. The noise from the planes at the airport was annoying, and the curtain was torn so I couldn’t darken the room. The shower was tiny and the shower head was broken, spraying from a missing screw. The bed felt too soft, and the slanted ceiling over the bed made my head hurt. There was no storage in the bathroom; a plastic shelf was in front of it. We booked for two people, but the sofa was pulled out and used by two extra guests, so we couldn’t use it. The lamps had spots and had to be plugged in first. The price/quality ratio was poor: it started at 165 €—and that was without breakfast, which was outrageous. We switched to 135 € but it was still too expensive for such a room; a maximum of 90 € would have been fair. We were really disappointed this time.

The breakfast was fantastic and Desirée was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Colazione ottima. Per avere la stanza pulito si deve mettere un cartello, che non ci hanno detto.per 2 gg nessuno è passato a pulirci la stanza
