The wave pool was great, but the kids on the slides were all grumpy, just like some other staff members who also had bad attitudes. The beach facilities need upkeep; some areas smell strongly of cat poop and are very neglected. The attractions open very late—if you arrive early, nothing opens until 12 pm. They really need to fix that and maintain their facilities.

The pools and water temperature were good, and the restaurant’s dishes tasted nice. However, I think the price is a bit high for a hotel of this type, and the restaurant itself is also pricier than comparable venues.

The food was good with generous portions. The only downside was that the cost was a bit high.

The pool area is really pretty and comfortable overall. The only issue was a Caesar salad with chicken at dinner.
