The bed was good, but the bed was also bad.

The bedsheet had flame marks from previous smokers, the hotel itself was empty but they put me in the top‑most room, there was no soap, handwash or shampoo, no nearby general stores, the blanket wasn’t cleaned, and the bed looked totally unhygienic.

The owner and staff were marvelous, very friendly and helpful, and the price was budget‑friendly.

Our stay at Appna Ghar hotel was fantastic; the staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly friendly, the room was spacious and spotless, and the location was convenient for exploring the city and visiting gurudwaras, so we highly recommend it for families; the only issue was that the Wi‑Fi and television weren’t working.
