The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself was great.

The location is wonderful, quiet, with a great garden and surroundings, staff are very friendly, and the food is fantastic—delicious and extensive breakfast that isn't in buffet form. Nothing else, though the shower could use a screen.

Warm welcome, perfect spot to visit Mainau and the Rhine Falls, also Constance. Very peaceful place, dinner and breakfast are excellent. Nothing to add.
