The location is good, but the air conditioning was broken, the fridge was warm, the tap on the sink was wobbly, the shower detached from the wall, the toilet paper holder was loose, the phone didn’t work, the sink was clogged, housekeeping was unreachable, the room was scorching hot, the penthouse reception offered no service and was busy on their own phones, we asked the receptionist several times for the manager’s name and she said she couldn’t give it, and she was off for the weekend; even the receptionist refused to share her full name. We were asked to pay for a bottle of water that we never used.

Breakfast was very nice, but the phone to call the concierge isn’t working.

The style of the location is fine, but the breakfast service is lacking; they should control the traffic lights and not interact with the public.

The spot was great and the place stayed tidy, but the rooms rattle like a tin can—every shout from neighboring rooms bleeds through the thin walls, and the front door feels flimsy. We were on the 9/11 floor, and a private party kept blasting music until 1:30 am, making sleep impossible; calling reception did nothing to stop it. For a supposed 4‑star hotel that charges a premium, it was a let‑down.
