Jeremiah checked me in at the front desk and made sure I got a ground‑floor room; he was very friendly and helpful—give him a raise! Everything else was great.

The location, price, and quietness were all good.

The room was acceptable and the facilities were okay, but the staff were not very receptive to questions or willing to offer much else. It’s disappointing to pay for a room and then be charged extra for things that should be provided, such as wi‑fi. The website says wifi is included, but it’s a paid extra even for the basic service, which is higher than expected. This is the first time in years I’ve had this issue, so I’m disappointed.
