The stay was top-notch, the staff were super friendly and overall I was very satisfied.

Everything in the apartment was brand‑new, spotless and worked perfectly. The photos matched the place, so no surprises when we got there. The only real snag was the listing: it said there were two single beds and two sofa beds, but we only got two singles and one sofa. That threw a wrench into our plans since we booked based on that info.

The room was clean, but it was tiny and the bathroom had no towel hooks—no place to hang anything. The hotel has a restaurant that stays open until 1 a.m., blasting music all night, making it impossible to sleep. The front desk only works until 7:30 p.m., so you can’t get help after that. We were given a first‑floor room; I asked for a higher one to avoid the noise, but they said everything was booked even though the hotel was half empty. The staff knew about the noise but didn’t move us.
