The spot and vibe were great, yet the rooms fell short—tiny, messy bathrooms and old, pale bedsheets, even though the overall hotel looked regal. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was decent, but breakfast didn’t measure up.

The room itself was fine, but the lobby lacked air conditioning and the bathroom facilities were only adequate.

The hotel itself is great, but room service and housekeeping missed the mark. The rooftop restaurant was excellent, yet breakfast was below expectations. Housekeeping’s response was delayed.
