This cabin is a real gem - it's peaceful, spacious, and artistic, with comfy sofas and a wood burner that keeps it cozy. The bed is comfortable too, and we loved being completely secluded in our own wood. We're already planning our next visit!

We loved the off-grid vibe and being back to nature - the wood burner was a highlight. However, getting there was a bit of a nightmare - no signs to guide us and Google Maps took us on a wild goose chase. To top it off, we were greeted with a pretty accusatory question about our state, and had to rush back down to the car for a friend's asthma pump since we arrived late. Not the best start, but the hostess did apologize.

This cabin and its surroundings are truly special - the woods are quiet, wild, and dark, making it the perfect spot to unplug. The cabin is thoughtfully designed, with a fire pit, gas stove, and comfy bed. We enjoyed fresh veggies from the poly-tunnel and sweet animals nearby. The hosts, Angus and Kate, were kind and accommodating. It's not for those seeking hotel comforts or with mobility issues - it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk - but it's so worth it for the unique experience.

This place was exactly as described - total privacy, wonderful surroundings, and plenty to explore. We loved everything about it, and the sunsets were simply amazing.
