The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was lovely.

The accommodation was comfortable and convenient, the food was good, and the staff were helpful; the property has a distinct character. A false fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but the staff apologized and offered compensation.

The hotel was excellent, but the dinner options were poor and overpriced.

The room had a separate lounge area, the staff were helpful, and parking was available. The price was high for a noisy front‑of‑hotel room, and three of the main courses were missing from an otherwise limited menu.
