The place is located at the corner of a lovely village street by Lake Michigan. The beds were bad, the carpet felt flimsy, it was very noisy, there were no room amenities except a fridge, and the breakfast was terrible.

“Disappointed that room did not match website pictures and description which appeared like a very ni.”

The room was clean and the area was quiet for sleeping. However, there was no hot water, no staff at the desk to help, the room was very dated with paneling that was coming loose, and the carpet was heavily stained.

The room wasn’t clean, and they told us we were being downsized to a smaller room.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The property could use some updating.
