I stayed at this place with a friend for Ferragosto. The property is generally nice and well maintained, with a panoramic view that’s definitely worth the trip. Cleanliness of the room and common areas is excellent. It’s more suited for those who enjoy the natural side of the area than the beach, because it involves challenging travel, which is understandable given its somewhat isolated location. The accommodation overall is adequate; the room was small (we stayed in room 2) and had basic furnishings, but I emphasize it was very clean. I would revisit the current breakfast… I chose the property based on the great reviews and photos of the “artisan breakfast” everyone boasts. We found out that the owner no longer feels like doing certain things at home… so we ended up, contrary to what we saw, with basic cookies (simple “hugs”) and pre‑packaged pastries… it was a bit disappointing. A little more attention would have helped… even if packaged… a cake… a tart… One more note… We were able to leave our water in the fridge in the kitchen at the host’s courtesy, but the breakfast/cooking area is closed at night, so it’s not accessible. Without the ability to keep water cool in the room because there’s no mini‑fridge, I recommend finding a solution to make this service available, especially in hotter months.
A charming little house, outdoor space for dining or relaxing, a comfortable and clean room, breakfast like at a bar, and the lady who hosted us was very helpful and kind! Everything was fine.

The view from the hill, perfect cleanliness, and the warmth and hospitality of Mrs. Enza and her little dog. The room was cool without needing the air‑conditioner.
The view from the veranda where we had breakfast was beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and helpful attitude of the owner.
