It was right next to the Palau Royal Resort, which had a better pool, rooms, and food. The staff were rude at times, strictly enforced the hotel rules on guests, the food was average, and renovations were ongoing.

Everything was perfect from check‑in to the room, the overnight stay, and check‑out. The only downside was that the pool was under renovation.

The pool was a nice touch and the restaurant served tasty food, while the general manager’s friendly manner and the attentive service made the stay feel perfect.
