The hotel’s location is great! The bathroom’s flush didn’t work, and the air‑conditioner control was broken.

The spot is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The room 1910 needed repairs: we arrived to a flooded room caused by a continuous leak in the bathroom. I reported it through the Booking app and was told the fix would happen at 10 am the next day, but no one came to repair it. That’s total disregard for guests. Also, the apartment lacked replacement toiletries and didn’t provide toilet paper.

The staff were super attentive, the room view was amazing, and the location was excellent. The flat was missing basic items like cups, plates, and cutlery; adding a microwave would have made the stay even better. The sink had a leak that dripped all over the floor, which was a bit disappointing.

“Frustado”

The location was fine and the bed was good. When I arrived, there was no cold water from the tap or shower, and the toilet and shower were also cold. After I went to reception, they turned it on, but there was a leak that reached my room.
