Nice spot in the host’s backyard. The room was cozy, came with a kettle and two water carafes plus coffee/tea packets. A small east‑facing terrace with a table and chairs was nice, and the extra breakfast was good. Maybe I’d have liked an egg from the henhouse. The flies were in the hundreds—fantastic! Nyord is just as good. The only gripe: the 3‑star coloured cured sausage slices were supposedly buried in the grave (-: Nothing else to complain about!

The location was great. The owner was “off the island,” essentially nonexistent, so there was no breakfast or packed lunch even though it had been ordered the day before. The toilet was in the village parking lot and the shower at the harbour had a fee. The cabin looked pretty grubby. It wasn’t worth the low price, even considering how cheap it was.

Værten er meget gæstfri og hjælpsom. Byen er lille, rolig og hyggelig. Det hele er i top!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You could buy a nice breakfast at Noorbohandele, on the other side of the road, just across. There was no toilet on site; you had to use the public one 50 m away on the parking lot. Unfortunately it was in the Udu, so the only toilets were at the harbour. It’s still a stay in a town, not a cabin in the woods. The cabin was very warm, so a mosquito net for the door and window would have made a huge difference. And yes, Nyord has millions of mosquitoes in the evenings.
