Booking had no issues, but on the same days I left because the place was terrible: no hot water, no toilet paper, no security, no soap, and it was just awful. No cleanliness, no toilet paper, no soap, no security—it's a disaster.

Very clean and pleasant.

The breakfast was just ordinary. I didn't like the location, but that's just the city, not the hotel. They should improve door security; at midnight I felt someone was opening my door. An internal lock would help with safety and peace of mind.
