“Great value for a very good property”

The location was magnificent and the staff were very efficient; the views were great, rooms were clean, amenities very good, and the food lovely. The only drawback was that it is quite a distance from the Mall, so hiring a car is necessary and walking is difficult because of the roads.

“Best for rooms with spectacular views.”

The view was great—you can see the whole city of Shimla lighting up like a string of jewels at night. I had an east‑facing room, so I watched the sunrise from behind the hills. The breakfast menu was superb and the staff were helpful. The price was high, and I should have mentioned the “goods & service” taxes in the hills.

“View is brilliant the hotel is clean and good access from main road”

Housekeeping started to clean the room next door to me at 8.30am and rudely woke me with banging and vaccum cleaner when should begin after checkout 11am ordered room service food was cold did not eat they still charged me for it just said sorry room had view of a wall but was expected
