I loved the overall experience, but the room I stayed in had a door that split it from another room, so privacy was compromised and I could hear everything the neighbors said.

The location, cleanliness, and staff service were all great, yet the early‑morning noise from guests walking down the corridor on the first floor was a bit disruptive.

Breakfast was fine, the staff were helpful, and the bed was good, but the bathroom door needed adjustment, the water temperature fluctuated between too hot and too cold, and it took a long time to get it fixed.

“Hotel regular”

The hotel’s own restaurant stayed open at night and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast was basic and repetitive, and there was no soundproofing so corridor and other rooms were audible; the elevators were small and slow; when I requested a receipt the front desk said it would be emailed but it never arrived, so I had to call three times to get it; the shower sometimes over‑heats the water to the point of nearly burning you; and I didn’t like the location even though a mall was nearby.
