Everything was great – the staff helped us check in early, the hotel felt very safe in a secure area of Egypt, and the room was beautiful. The only complaints were that the bed was a bit too soft for my taste and the TV was difficult to use.

The location and staff were good, but the facilities were uncomfortable: the bed was too soft, the mattress was old, the water pressure was weak even after reporting it, and all the TV cables were disconnected. I booked a suite, yet it was the worst suite I’ve ever stayed in at an IHG hotel.
