“Disappointing”

The room was clean, but I had told them it was my mum’s birthday when I booked and upon arrival, and there was no effort to celebrate—no happy birthday wishes. Additionally, the room had a terrible odor, probably from the drains, and we had to open the window, which meant we couldn't sleep all night because of both the smell and the outside noise.

“It’s a lovely place to base yourself for a trip in Dundee, but starting to need a bit of a refresh.”

I liked the spot and the staff were really friendly, but room 602 felt a bit worn out – paper was peeling in spots, there was no fridge even though it’s a suite, and the toilet seat was loose.

“Excellent hotel in a great location”

The location is excellent and the staff were exceptional.

The hotel is four stars, in a great spot, and the price is better than the British average.

“Overall the suite room was lovely, had everything you needed, staff members couldn’t off been any more helpful”

Everything on the property was excellent, more than I could ask for, though the large cuddle sofa in the suite room could have used a few more cushions.
