The rooms are small but have everything; the bed is comfortable, the sheets are clean; the staff is polite; the hotel restaurant serves the best fish in town.

The location is good and the breakfast is great. But there was no room service, the toilet paper ran out and nobody refilled it, and the receptionist insisted on charging us 50% more because her colleague had accepted us without informing that early check‑in would cost extra.

Cleanliness, order, high‑level service, and friendly staff. However, the phone didn't work and there was no remote control for the air conditioner, so it was hot.

Cleanliness 10/10. I liked the cleanliness from the moment I entered the hotel. My room was spotless. The toilet, sink, etc. all shine. The bed was comfortable, fresh, and the recent renovation is evident. The hotel has free Wi‑Fi, and like many hotels, breakfast is included; they offer tea, coffee, and four different menus for breakfast. In the lobby of our floor there was a water cooler, so you could drink clean water at any time. The atmosphere was very comfortable. Thank you! There is no elevator, that's the only drawback, but I think that's a feature of this building; the rooms start on the third floor, and breakfast is on the second floor.
